Twenty One Wallet (21W)
21W is a self-custodial wallet. We cannot access your recovery phrase, reset your wallet, or reverse Bitcoin transactions.
Lost recovery phrase?
We cannot recover it. If you still have access to the app on your device,
open Settings and back up your phrase before uninstalling.
Before you write
- Include your app version (shown in Settings) and platform (iOS or Android).
- Do not email your recovery phrase or screenshots that show it.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
Safety reminders
- 21W is experimental — start with a small amount.
- Always verify recipient addresses and amounts.
- Keep an offline backup of your recovery phrase.
