Twenty One Wallet (21W)
21W is a self-custodial wallet. We cannot access your recovery phrase, reset your wallet, or reverse Bitcoin transactions.
Lost recovery phrase?
We cannot recover it. If you still have access to the app on your
device, open Settings and back up your phrase before uninstalling.
Common topics
- Payment notifications — optional in Settings. If you do not receive alerts, check that notifications are enabled in 21W and in your device system settings.
- Saved contacts — stored only on your device. Export them from Settings before deleting your wallet if you want a backup.
- On-chain funding or withdrawal — swaps can take time while Bitcoin confirms on the network. Check Activity for status.
- Lightning funding or withdrawal — invoice and swap steps can take a few minutes. Verify the amount and destination before confirming.
Before you write
- Include your app version (shown in Settings) and platform (iOS or Android).
- Do not email your recovery phrase or screenshots that show it.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
Safety reminders
- 21W is experimental — start with a small amount.
- Always verify recipient addresses and amounts.
- Keep an offline backup of your recovery phrase.
